Next American Jackets is an exception on the list of reliable and trusted leather products stores. From original and unique designs to inspired costumes, we deal in all sorts of jackets and coats that are in demand among our customers. We take pride in supplying our clients with the best quality garments at the best-discounted prices. Each piece goes through a complete check so that the required standards of our customers are met. Sadly, once in a while, we do get reports of damages or defects even though the most wide-ranging quality checks have been implemented. Several factors can cause damages; the biggest one is mishandling of products in transit.

Exchange Policy

At Next American Jackets, we aim to provide the best shopping experience. Please note that once a product has been delivered, we do not accept returns for refunds. We only allow exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • All tags and original packaging are intact

  • The product is not custom-made

If the above conditions are met, you may request an exchange for a different size or replacement item within 7 days of delivery.

Shipping Charges for Exchange

⚠ Please note: All exchanges are subject to shipping charges, which must be borne by the customer, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Contact Support:
    Email us at sales@nextamericanjackets.com or use our Live Chat to request an exchange. Include your order number, reason for exchange, and desired replacement size.

  2. Approval & Instructions:
    Our support team will reply with approval and instructions for sending the item back.

  3. Shipping the Item:
    The item must be shipped back in its original condition. Shipping charges for the exchange are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or wrong.

No Refunds After Delivery

  • We do not issue refunds for delivered items. Only exchanges are allowed.

Cancellation of Orders

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipping for a full refund.

  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible; only exchange is allowed.
