RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Fit Issues: If the jacket does not fit satisfactorily, return it within 7 days in good, sellable condition, and we will send a replacement. For custom orders made to your provided size, no refund or exchange can be given as it was designed specifically for you and cannot be resold. Delivery costs will be borne by the buyer.

Multiple Items: We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any clothing if you purchase two items in a single transaction. This policy prevents the practice of ordering multiple items and returning some.

Order Verification: Once an order is verified after 24 hours, no product, color, or size can be exchanged as it is sent for designing.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY


Cancellation within 3 Days: There is a 25% deduction on your jacket’s amount.
Cancellation within 7 Days: There is a 45% deduction on the full amount.
No Cancellation After 7 Days: No cancellation will be accepted beyond 7 days of order verification.

QUALITY CHECKS AND REFUNDS

Quality Assurance: Before shipping, our quality department checks each product. If the garment is not satisfactory at delivery time, we will send a new item with priority shipping at our cost.
